small pool broken elevator
The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful enough.
I found several issues that detracted from the experience. The rooftop pool was quite small. More like a plunge pool than a proper swimming facility, the elevator was broken, so accessing it was difficult. The breakfast was alright, but it started at 8:30 AM, SO it felt late with early departures.

helpful staff good restaurant convenient grocery
i stayed in a standard apartment. the staff was helpful. i found a good restaurant in front, and a grocery about 50 meters away. i didn't even have to ask for help, they offered to call a taxi.
the rooftop pool seemed basically a children's pool to me.

The front desk staff was helpful. My room included a shower with great water pressure. I also found the location very convenient it was close to both the beach and the city center.
